OUR AMAZING TEAM 

Ray started X-Ray Transport Management Limited in 2010. Over the past 30 years Ray worked in the field of specialised transport, which allows him to use his vast knowledge to help clients develop a focused solution to meet the requirements of maintaining Good Repute and Fitness. Ray is well known throughout the transport industry, for his transport management compliance systems, he has built a reputation of providing expert support to transport operators called to public inquiries. His interests outside of work are Formula 1 and dining in good restaurants. Ray comes from a proven background in transport and compliance management, working at the top of the logistics chain in supporting specialised events worldwide, including FI and WRC motorsport, film and photograph shoots, International Motor shows, Press launches, and specialised roadshows.  
 
After 10 years of working away from home Ray wanted a change in his career and started X-Ray Transport Management to share his experience and help vulnerable transport operators protect their business and operating licence. The concept of X-Ray has gone from strength to strength with a private client base exceeding 500 companies. Ray developed and taught bespoke courses to a wide variety of transport operators, courses delivered include OCR Transport Management, Operators and Transport Managers recognised refresher courses. Drivers CPC in Emergency First Aid at Work, Fire Awareness/Marshall, COSHH, Risk Assessment and Manual Handling are some of the few courses offered.  
 
Ray represents many operators who are called to public inquiry for shortcomings. His specialised knowledge in providing the Traffic Commissioners with an Independent audit and action plan, has saved a great many operators from losing their operator’s licences. Ray’s management responsibilities have enhanced the client experience and provided specific planning and documenting compliance, HS Management, safety culture improvements, informing and instructing staff, through well designed function and simplicity for the end user. Ray co-ordinates a group of National Field Consultants and a close-knit department of Advisers in-house to ensure high quality, effective service delivery.
